Carlinville 5 Polling Place Changed to Bothwell Auditorium at Blackburn College

Macoupin County Clerk Pete Duncan recently announced that with the closing of the Church of the Nazarene, the polling place for Carlinville 5 had changed to Bothwell Auditorium at Blackburn College located at 700 College Ave. in Carlinville.
