Early Voting begins on September 24th and will end on November 2nd. The Macoupin County Election office will have early voting Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. each day during this period. Early voting takes place at the Macoupin County Voting Center at 227 E. 1st South in Carlinville, just south of the Courthouse.
