Filing for independent and non-partisan candidates in municipal, school, library, township, park, fire boards starts Monday, December 12th and runs through 5:00 p.m. on December 19th. The City of Carlinville has a different filing period.

Filing will be done with the clerk or secretary of the office. Please contact them for more information.

School board candidates will file with the County Clerk’s office.
